the vegie bar - fitzroy
raw zucchini fettuccine with cashew alfredo and raw parmesan
More Vegie Bar love. I am trying to incorporate more "raw food" into my diet so whenever I'm in Fitzroy I'm checking out the daily raw special at the Vegie Bar.
The freshness of the zucchini ribbons and spinach with the creamy cashew sauce is amazing, add the I-have-no-idea-how-it-is-made incredible 'parmesan' on top and my eyes were rolling around my head like Matt Preston. I have recreated this at home and will be sharing the recipe with you soon. DELICIOUS.
