what vegans eat - wednesday

breakfast: I rode my bike to work today (12kms) and felt hungry in the morning so decided to have breakfast at home. Had Bob's Red Mill Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal with frozen berries, an apple, sunflower seeds, almonds, maple syrup, rice milk and LSA

snack: when I ride I get starving mid morning - had another nuked frozen treat - gluten free date, banana and walnut mini muffin - I also had a muesli bar and a soy coffee

lunch: tomato, potato, lentil and baby spinach wrap from my work canteen

dinner: I was looking forward to this ALL DAY - satay "chicken" at Enlightened Cuisine $13 lunch menu at dinner special
